While some items may be restocked, others are limited edition and may not be reproduced. Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service. This is great if you want to send a gift directly to a loved one. We will beautifully wrap your order and include a handwritten card personalised by you. The order will be topped with a bow and shipped directly to the recipients address, ensuring a delightful experience without any invoice or payment details enclosed.

It is recommended to wash your bag by hand and let it air dry for best results.

The bags are machine washable at 30º - DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during washing.

Orders within Ireland will typically be dispatched within 1-5 working days.

For orders outside Ireland, shipping times may vary.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Yes, we offer shipping to the EU and the UK.

Please be aware that due to Brexit, customs clearance may be required for orders shipping to the UK. Additional charges incurred as a result of customs clearance are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them once your order has been dispatched.

Once the item has been approved for return we will provide you with the delivery address and information. The item must be returned within 14 days to receive an exchange or refund.
