It is recommended to wash by hand and let the bag air dry
Bags are machine washable at 30º. Flip bag inside out before washing. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during washing
Restocking Items
We try to restock popular items within two weeks of selling out. Restocks typically depend on the popularity of the item. While some items may be restocked, others are limited edition and may not be reproduced. Grab them while you can, incase you miss out. We create new collections to offer you new designs and fresh choices, keep an eye out for our next collection!

What Size Beauty Bag Should I Get?
Choosing the right beauty bag depends on how you plan to use it. Here are some ideas of what each size can fit, helping you decide which one best suits your needs.
Small Size (18cm x 13cm x 10cm): Perfect for travel essentials, storing smaller items on the go or compact items like makeup, AirPods, women’s hygiene products, hand sanitizer, perfume, lip balm and jewellery. Ideal for minimal packing when you just need the essentials.
Regular Size (26cm x 14cm x 13cm): A larger size, perfect for storing all your items. It easily accommodates full-sized products such as makeup, skincare, hairstyling products and hygiene items. Everything you need all in one bag.
Shipping & Returns
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders within ireland will typically be dispatched within 1-3 working days
For orders outside ireland, shipping times may vary
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping to the EU and the UK.
Please be aware that due to Brexit, customs clearance may be required for orders shipping to the UK. Additional charges incurred as a result of customs clearance are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Currently, we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged. Please contact our customer service team to help you and provide information on return of damaged items. In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival, please provide photo proof on the day of arrival to our email address info@kimmykimberly.com
Once the item has been approved for return we will provide you with the delivery address and information. The item must be returned within 14 days to receive an exchange or refund.
