Yes, we offer gift wrapping services. This is great if you want to send a gift directly to a loved one. We will beautifully wrap your order with wrapping paper and include a handwritten card personalised by you. The order will then be topped with a bow. Once wrapped, we’ll ship it directly to the recipient's address ensuring a delightful experience without any invoice or payment details enclosed.

Orders within ireland will typically be dispatched within 1-5 working days

For orders outside ireland, shipping times may vary

Yes, we offer shipping to the EU and the UK.

Please be aware that due to Brexit, customs clearance may be required for orders shipping to the UK. Additional charges incurred as a result of customs clearance are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible once your order has been dispatched.

Currently, we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged. Please contact our customer service team to help you and provide information on return of damaged items. Once the item has been approved for return we will provide you with the delivery address and information. The item must be returned within 14 days to receive an exchange or refund.
